Master Aesthetician & Educator | Co‑Owner, Glow Up Aesthetics
With over 16 years of hands‑on experience in clinical skincare, Sharon Sirignano is a seasoned Master Aesthetician whose passion lies in delivering transformative, personalized treatments. In 2010, she completed the 1200‑hour Master Aesthetic Program at the Catherine Hinds Institute, a gold‑standard in aesthetic education.
Following graduation, Sharon spent 12 years at Lahey Plastic Surgery’s outpatient clinic, mastering a wide array of services—microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels—and using medical‑grade products to design treatment plans and home care regimens aimed at optimizing results.
Eager for continued growth, Sharon moved into private practice, collaborating with physicians to refine her skills. She’s committed to staying at the forefront of the field by attending conferences and advanced training in cutting‑edge modalities.
Driven by a passion for mentoring, Sharon also became an instructor at Stonhart Beauty Academy, guiding students through teaching Stonharts Certified State board 600 hours ethics program and also advanced modules, empowering the next generation of estheticians.

Dawnmarie Russo
With over 16 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics, including 11 years as a dedicated Medical Aesthetician at a physician’s office and 3 years in Dermatology, Dawnmarie Russo is a board-certified Master Aesthetician who has refined her expertise by working closely with medical professionals and patients alike. As co-owner of Glow Up Aesthetics, Dawnmarie combines her clinical training, years of hands-on experience, and commitment to ongoing education to provide the highest standard of care and transformative skincare results.
She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Katherine Gibbs College of Boston and a Master Aesthetician certification from the Catherine Hinds School of Aesthetics. Dawnmarie is also a Certified Dermatology Technician and has continued her education throughout her career, ensuring that she is always up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and technology.
Dawnmarie’s comprehensive skill set includes Master in Hydrafacial, Microneedling/RF, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microblading, Yumi Keratin Lash Lifts, Diamond Glow, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Vbeam, Fraxel, Ultra, Tixel, CoolSculpting, and advanced medical-grade skincare education.
